My initial 3D printer project boasts a 200 x 200 x 200 mm print area, constructed using 2020 aluminum extrusion, laser-cut acrylic, and 3D printed ABS. The twin extruders are individually adjustable via thumb screws above each mount, inspired by the Wade Extruder but modified for dual functionality with enhanced customization options. Print quality and reliability have been outstanding, prompting me to work on a second version featuring an expanded build space and component redesign to enhance printing speed and system streamlining.
