OpenTrack Wireless IR Clip
thingiverse
Electronics: - 1 AAA battery - on-off switch - 3 x 5 mm IR led (I used 1,5V @ 20mA) - some small gauge wire - wire to make springs for battery contacts (I salvaged springs from old tv remote) OpenTrack camera I use is PS3 Eye with IR filter removed. Works great! Diffusers are printed with white PolyMaker PC since this needs to be IR transparent material to work correctly. These are push fit to the frame. Mounting bracket is designed for AKG K712 headphones, but can easily be remixed to fit almost any headphones. Mounting bracket and frame are mated together using 8 3x6 mm neodymium magnets. These magnets are push fit to the parts. Remember to align polarity correctly :) Design can be found also directly from Onshape. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/dff418111e2bee9ca03a1f27/w/e76fe41ba95b5efd03c82507/e/79e395cbd2e1993420291f17?renderMode=0&uiState=6221bdcb5612b31ad58cbd3a
