OpenScan - PCB for single sided milling
thingiverse
I needed to make an OpenScan in a hurry, and couldn't wait for the PCB, so I made one. It fits in place of the bought PCB, just requiring 1 jumper, and to solder the push buttons on the copper side. Just be aware, soldering milled boards requires the patience of a saint, and the steady hand of a patisserie chef, so I would recommend anyone wishing for an easy build to buy the PCB rather than making it. I have also included the revised Arduino file as I have had to change some of the pin mappings to enable it to be milled single sided. The second opto isolator is not strictly neccessary, I hacked about a remote shutter cable for my DSLR and wanted to make sure it would work, so included a short focussing time too.
