OpenSCAD version of Anet A8 AM8 Control board and FET Driver board enclosure

This is Jsschlat's "Anet A8 AM8 Control board and FET Driver board enclosure" modeled in OpenSCAD. I did this because I want to modify this excellent design, and I prefer working with a textual description instead of a GUI. I created it by reading all the dimensions off Jsschlat's SketchUp design (motherboard_case_with_components_v21.skp). That is where all those not-quite-round numbers (e.g. 58.936) came from. I am planning to remix the design by removing the mosfets, and in the process I will probably round off most of those numbers to whole millimeters. I tried to parameterize as much as possible, so that the design can be more easily modified without messing up the relative positions of things that have to stay together. I tried to capture Jsschlat's design exactly, but I did make a couple of very small changes: 1: The spacings of the main board mounting holes were off by 1mm, so I fixed them to match my own Anet 1.5 board. 2: The slots in the right wall (where the tabs of the cover go) were exactly the same height as the lid thickness, so I made them a tiny bit bigger. The included STLs were of course exported from OpenSCAD.
