To construct a bowden mount, I employed a Ubis Hot End's dimensions from PaulRac and drmatrix at http://www.printrbottalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=80&t=321&p=18640&hilit=+ubis+dimensions#p18640. I converted these imperial specifications to metric and integrated them into an OpenSCAD model, which includes a parameterized STL file that can be directly imported or utilized within another design.
