OpenSCAD Space Mouse Driver

I've just created a basic driver for the 3DConnexion Space Mouse that works well enough to use. To get started, simply create a directory on your C drive, unzip the two files there, run them, and enjoy! This driver requires no installation or additional dependencies. However, you must stop the 3Dconnexion driver before running it - otherwise, you'll experience some freaky behavior. One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to keep the pointer inside the design window as you move your model around. If it starts to creep outside and trigger other mouse movements, just make the window bigger and you're good to go!
