I utilized MiseryBot's customized 60mmx25mm fan model from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8063 and made it parametric for flexibility across various fan sizes. Note that this model is specifically designed for modeling purposes, with the STL file serving only as a necessary component to enable functionality in Thingiview; what you really need is the SCAD file. I use the fan model in conjunction with the % operator to facilitate visualization without incorporating it into final renderings intended for printing.
