OpenScad model of servo 9g

To accurately calculate the position of a servo in a 3D printed component designed using OpenSCAD, having a precise model of the servo is essential. I've taken RafaelEstevam's original design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1621168) and modified it to set the origin of the axis at the shaft of the servo motor. This modification makes it easier to use the servo model as a reusable module that can be easily translated by specifying the x, y, and z coordinates in the function servo9g(x,y,z);
