I made a custom BBS style rim by joining two parts together using M2 Button Hex screws. I used 14 pieces of screws per wheel, but they're not actually necessary to hold the rim in place - the tire does that job instead. The screws are just for decoration. To assemble the rim, I first insert the outer part into the tire, and then slide the inner part in without any force until it stops. Then, all you have to do is step on the inner part with your foot to push it in. The tires themselves were also remixed, but the original Daniels tire still fits perfectly. However, I had some issues with warping tire spikes during printing, so I added integrated supports into the STL file. I also added integrated supports for the rim itself. If you want to remove the integrated supports, all you need to do is place a screwdriver on them and hammer it gently with something heavy. I've included the STL files without integrated supports too. If you'd like to make any changes to the design in CAD, you can use OnShape - the document is public and available here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/6dc94ef47f5a868c31ad2476/w/8d98e2c0680f898079992e02/e/0771b741a91d6f6769e3da87
