This is a custom central differential that fits seamlessly into the original OpenRC housing, designed to boost the strength and reliability of your drive train. The gear itself has undergone modifications to enhance its performance, resulting in a mod .9 version that's perfectly compatible with this differential. Since the original pinion gear won't work with this setup, I've included a mod .9 version for you as well. UPDATE: 06/19/07 I'm thrilled to report that my new Centre Diff is running smoothly and the updated gear pitch is handling the stress beautifully. UPDATE 06/20/07 After receiving numerous requests, I've added a 0.8 Mod 57 Tooth Version for your convenience. Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 layer height Infill: 100% Notes: For optimal results, it's highly recommended to print this component in Nylon. I personally use Taulman 910 for all drive train parts and I'm confident you'll achieve amazing results with the right material.
