OpenRC Formula 1 Car Tire
thingiverse
This is a custom wheel for the OpenRC Formula 1 car by Barspin: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1193309 This wheel has been upsized by 13mm in diameter, which results in a 25% increase in size and causes it to clip about 1mm on the rear chassis back. I highly recommend sanding off the necessary area to ensure a proper fit. Two versions of the wheel are available: firm and soft. The key difference lies in the number of spokes that make up the tire. The "spokes" in the tire are designed to absorb impacts by allowing the tire to bend inward under stress. For optimal functionality, you should print this object using TPU or some other flexible filament. Print Settings: Printer: Rostock Max V3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 15%-25% Notes: Make sure to print this in TPU or another flexible material so it works correctly and orient it with the smallest dimension upright (flat orientation).
