<u><b>Warning: This project is still under development and I will update the files accordingly.</b></u> I am actively working on updating this post with the latest versions of the pulley system. As soon as I complete testing, I will add the most recent iterations to this post. The belt has been modified to be smaller and more durable when printed from TPU. It fits snugly but runs smoothly and should not slip. I strongly recommend printing spare pinions because the teeth wear away quickly after heavy use. Additionally, print extra belts as they eventually give way. This project began with issues of gears stripping or the pinion falling off the motor shaft. To address this, I switched from gears to a pulley type system. The components included are the belt that should be printed from TPU and the Spur Pulley and Pinion Pulley both printable from PLA (It would be wise to print them from ABS or PETG). They perform better than the stock geared system (So far). They have held together and continued to work for approximately 1-2 weeks. The pinion is designed to fit a motor shaft with a diameter of 3mm and features a hole for a 3mm setscrew. Print it with 4-5 top, bottom, and wall layers. Set infill to 100% for maximum solidity.
