OpenRC F1 2017 updates

Some fresh updates are on their way! As we head into the 2017 Formula season, our cars will be seeing significant upgrades in several key areas. While there's more to it than meets the eye, some of the standout changes can be seen in the design overhaul. I've opted to introduce a few new parts that give the OpenRC F1 a distinctly 2017 look. The changes are substantial: the car is now wider overall, with even wider rear tires and a broader rear axle. We're also rolling out a brand-new, lower, and wider rear wing, plus a minor tweak to the front wing that gives it a slightly delta-shaped profile. I probably should have put in more time on these updates, but as it stands, they're open to anyone who wants to edit them or create entirely new ones from scratch.
