OpenRC Chassis Rear optimized for F104 tires (pre 2017 version)

It turns out the original Rear Chassis OpenRC F1 model, pre-2017 version, gets too close to the tire when running Tamiya F104 tires. When racing this car, the tires tend to hit the chassis, causing damage to both the tire and the chassis itself. To resolve this issue, I modified the chassis to give the tires a bit more clearance.
