Recent Updates 2013/09/30: I detected a minor flaw in the front plate's design after printing the remaining parts; thus, I rectified and substituted the STL file. 2013/08/22: Given my print bed's maximum dimensions of 150mm x 150mm, I redesigned large components starting with chassis plates. The chassis now consists of three interlocking parts, and the side guards are divided into two pieces that fit together. To enhance support for these pieces, I added a slot in the side guards for the chassis to slide into. All parts can be printed without requiring support material, as I incorporated breakaway supports directly into the model. If you have any suggestions for additional improvements, please feel free to comment, and I'll consider implementing them. Instructions: Printing should be done at a minimum of 75% infill; some trimming might be necessary to refine edges and ensure proper fitting.
