Work-in-progress update - gears/axles require lubrication to rotate freely. A thorough cleaning with grease and polishing is necessary after printing. STL files for parts are available in their original size, but were scaled down using Cura for a 24mm track prior to printing. This design works seamlessly with an N20 geared DC motor (12V, 300rpm). The parts themselves have separate .scad files, while the entire assembly is housed within the main emd-sw1500.scad file.
