Using Open Builds' published schematics, I created a 3D model of an 'V' wheel in Solidworks. This allows others to easily incorporate an openrail wheel into their assemblies without having to create their own model. The printed V-shaped wheel may appear prone to failure; however, you can purchase the wheel for $1.50 or the complete kit with bearings and bolts for $3.85, making printing less cost-effective.
