I'm redesigning the OpenPilot GPS v9 holder from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:637547 to add legs that support it above your preferred Autopilot choice, such as my Revo used here in the images attached. The leg dimensions are tailored for use on the Tubular Crossfire 2 QuadCopter at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:261298. To provide stability and make a successful print with Nylon, I added extra legs rather than a single pole because it would be easier to recover from less-than-perfect landings aka crashes by using Nylon's flexibility. For these reasons, the printed product uses 100% fill in Nylon for maximum strength and flexibility.
