OpenLock Adapters Plain
thingiverse
OpenForge 2.0/OpenLock\nAs I've been building scenery, I discovered that some pieces wouldn't fit together properly. The slots wouldn't align, or mezzanines and passages conflicted around corners. To solve this problem, I created adapters to adjust connection spacings. These 1" wide adapters allow for adjustments in critical areas, like those double-wall corners where 2-edge tiles would work but not perfectly. A single adapter simplifies the layout process, while two of the same type can be quickly mirrored to change spacing.\nThe corner adapter was born out of a need for a 1' wide catwalk and mezzanine that matched standard A walls on the outside. The "notches" on the bottom ensure compatibility with corbel/braces in corners for murder holes tiles. This adapter also works seamlessly with the Spiral Corner Stair to match E tile dungeon layouts or create open floor penetrations. Furthermore, it integrates well into E-style dungeon layouts featuring 1x1 fixtures like trapdoors, traps, and columns.\nSpecial thanks go out to PrintableScenery (http://www.printablescenery.com/product-category/rampage-system/) and the creators of Rampage (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1821631) and OpenLock 4.0 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1833963).
