I took the massive slime pit from the Shrine of Lamashtu by DevonJones and skillfully blended it with the ancient adventurer by Curufin, giving the appearance of a traveler who was violently tossed into a vat of corrosive acid that dissolved flesh but left bone or armor intact. Or, alternatively, a skeleton enjoying a soothing bubble bath. Whatever fits your campaign's narrative. Edit 09/22/18: I added a 2x2 tile version with the body positioned against the edge for added variety, and included DevonJones' original 2x2 birthing pool tile to create a comprehensive collection of tiles.
