OpenJsCad: like OpenSCAD, but using JavaScript
thingiverse
Introducing a new development: an alternative to OpenSCAD, built using JavaScript. Despite being under construction, it is open source and accessible via web browsers. It utilizes Evan Wallace's CSG.js library, with enhancements including dynamic arrays in code and solid storage within variables. Try it out at http://joostn.github.com/OpenJsCad/. Updates include a local file parser for .jscad files, the ability to convert them into STL files, and a showcase of the first design created with OpenJsCad on Thingiverse. Version 3 added interactive parameter editing, now available at http://joostn.github.com/OpenJsCad/gearsdemo.html. Note that recently, the syntax has been modified, requiring solids to be constructed within and returned from the main() function, rather than in global script scope.
