Creating Water Effects ---------------------- To achieve a realistic water effect: * Paint the water area of the tile with a deep blue color. * Apply a layer of mod podge to smooth out the surface. * Gradually paint lighter shades of blue on the wall side, approaching the edge. * Dry brush the area near the wall with a light blue hue, extending it slightly elsewhere. * Finish with two layers of mod podge for a glossy water effect.
