Instructions: Painting ===================== Painting was a four-layer process that transformed these tiles into breathtaking works of art. Here's how it was done: 1. Paint whole piece in black to establish a rich base tone. 2. Heavily dry brush with dark grey to add depth and dimension. 3. Select at least one other color, such as stone, and paint random stones on both sides. 4. Dry brush with a mixture of grey and olive for added warmth and texture. 5. Lightly dry brush with light grey, focusing on edges to create subtle highlights. Foliage ================ Vines are created by applying watered-down PVA glue in crevices and using green flocking for a realistic look. This technique adds a touch of nature to your designs and brings your scenes to life.
