OpenForge Compat with Pillars and Arches
thingiverse
These are modified OpenForge tiles that significantly reduce wall thickness while incorporating pillars and arches. The floors, along with walls, follow the style of classic OpenForge dungeon tiles created by Devon Jones. Using those floor designs should seamlessly integrate with these modifications, although they typically complement any terrain type. I'm starting with a standard straight wall, a curved corner, a large rounded corner that's 4x4 in size and has an open center for selecting a suitable floor tile, and a diagonal corner piece. Thanks to Devon Jones for his outstanding work on OpenForge tiles. Edit: June 18, 2017. A new straight wall with a doorway opening was added. Additionally, four different door styles were included, each sized to fit the newly created opening (single, double doors, bars, and a prison-style door). Edit: June 19, 2017. The large curved wall with a doorway in the center arch was added. Edit: June 19b, 2017. New pieces include a curved corner doorway, a diagonal doorway, and an L-corner doorway (users can flip it using an X mirror to place the doorway on the opposite side of the L). This update also features 3-inch wide endcaps and 4-inch wide endcaps along with 2-inch raised walkways and 4-inch raised walkways. Edit: June 20, 2017. Freestanding walls for 2-inch and 4-inch straight, short round, long round, and L-shaped corners were added to increase versatility. Two types of floors (2x2 and 4x4) were included so users wouldn't have to search elsewhere for matching floor styles. Edit: June 20b, 2017. A large curved piece without any walls was introduced, featuring a semicircle of pillars and arches. Additionally, a version with no floor was added, allowing it to be placed on any dungeon-style terrain. Edit: June 20c, 2017. A broken straight wall piece with rubble in the corridor was added for connecting areas such as sewers or caverns. Edit: June 20d, 2017. A U-shaped pillars-only (no base) piece that's 4 inches wide was introduced along with 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch straight pillars-only pieces to be placed on any terrain and create lines of freestanding pillars. Edit: June 21, 2017. The slow curve pillars-only piece without a floor was replaced due to printing issues the previous night, resulting in an improved design with reduced mesh solidification.
