Yo! Don't use these yet. The walls are ever so slightly raised vs the base. Fun new lessons. _______________________ Using the existing OpenForge 2.0 tiles, I'm making some generic rooms. I figured I'd share them with you all. I went with the magnetic standard for my set. Buying magnets adds up. Premade rooms use fewer magnets. Low walls seem too low. Regular walls seem too high. These are in between. Devon Jones has a ton of doors. I highly suggest you check his out. This is where to find them: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1440089. For the sake of convenience, I included the matching door. Everything else qualifies as a remix. I've got a casting production line for the magnetic bases, so I'm going to simply glue standard bases together and then mount to the rooms. This is a work in progress inasmuch as I'll keep adding files. It's unlikely that I'll modify existing files. ___________________________________________________________ Next Pieces: "Narrow Passages." They are 2x4 and 2x8 pieces. Because of how walls work in OpenForge, these are 2 tiles wide, but provide only a single width walking space. This means they don't line up with the grid. I'm imagining them offering odd battle mechanics. For example, like in musket lines, players shoot, then crouch to clear the line of fire for the next player back. Apparently I also want narrow corners. They're alright, I guess. ____________________________________________________________
