OpenForge 2.0 Topless 2x2 Base
thingiverse
My FDM printer's performance leaves much to be desired, particularly when attempting to print overhangs reliably - an issue that led me to remove them altogether. The overall base height remains unchanged, ensuring compatibility with the other bases, the sole distinction being its absence of the top section of the OpenLOCK opening. The OpenLOCK connectors continue to function flawlessly, though they exhibit slightly increased vertical play. I refrained from elevating the base of the connector opening, fearing potential interference with adjacent tiles and resulting height mismatches.
