OpenForge 2.0 Pillar Cut Stone Integrated

This is a remix of the OpenForge Pillar and the OpenForge 2.0 Cut Stone Floor, both designed by devonjones. The objective was to create a pillar that could be directly mounted to a base and snap into adjacent tiles like a regular floor tile, rather than simply sitting loosely on top. The bottom-most foundation block of the original pillar has been removed and it is now mounted to the existing 1x1 cut stone tile piece. The height of the cylindrical part has been increased so that the top of the pillar still aligns with the top of a full-height wall. A split version for horizontal printing without support has also been included, along with an unaltered 1x1 magnetic base.
