OpenForge 2.0 Dungeon Stone Arched Doors

I've updated the old dungeon stone doors to OpenForge 2.0, giving Dungeon Stone wide double doors for the first time ever, as well as a brand new narrow door option. This release also brings great wood grain doors as an upgrade from the older flat texture doors of the past. I've also introduced narrow doors, which has given us the ability to have both A and B doorways, while also adding A doors with side clips for added versatility.
