(electronics and other details for the whole unit on main page “<a href="https://www.printables.com/model/253264-openflightsimconsole-base">OpenFlightSimConsole base</a>”)</p><p>Fusion 360 model is provided for anyone to customize or remix the design.</p><p><strong>BOM:</strong></p><p>M8 16mm bolt</p><p>120mm M8 threaded rod</p><p>10K potentiometer with 6mm diamater shaft</p><p>14mm diameter ~20mm long spring</p><p>6x M4 10mm bolts</p><p><strong>Printing:</strong></p><p>All components can be printed without support</p><p><strong>Assembly:</strong></p><p>Some parts (pivot block and head) need to be threaded with an M8 tap. Do not thread all the way, make sure it is a tight fit by twisting into the plastic Using pliers to twist into the plastic ensures that it will not twist out of place later. If the head still twists for some reason setscrew holes are provided as a backup. As shown in the images some tape was used over the top threads to allow smooth sliding of the lever.</p><p>Calibrate according to the instructions on the “<a href="https://www.printables.com/model/253264-openflightsimconsole-base">OpenFlightSimConsole base</a>” page</p>
