OpenEEW Case
thingiverse
This enclosure has been designed to house the [OpenEEW Node](https://grillo.io/product/openeew-node/), which is a low cost seismic sensor. The case has 2 flanged wings so you can fix securely to a wall, and a translucent snap-on lid to show the LED colors behind. ## Tested on a Prusa Mini with these settings ### TOP LID - 0.2mm layer high - Translucent PLA (to see LEDS beneath) - Infill 20% ### ENCLOSURE - 0.2mm layer high - PLA - Infill 20% I provide 2 variants of the enclosure: - The 'enclosure for screws' allows you to fix the OpenEEW board to the case with M3 screws (less than 4mm length) - The 'enclosure for inserts' allows you to heat sink brass inserts, such as [these](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000960659798.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dpg3GRd), into the plastic. This provides a more secure connection and allows you to take on and off the boards.
