These are both flip plates designed specifically for 6.5mm ammunition, guaranteed to securely flip your nose down. They should seamlessly integrate with just about any rifle caliber, as I have thoroughly tested them up to 6.5. This design is compatible with my 6.5 Collator Plate found on Thingiverse under the following link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3547180 These plates are engineered for a friction fit, so if they're too tight, simply take a file and smooth out the edges that come into contact with the feeder. There are two distinct options available: One option allows you to manually adjust the angle using 12-gauge wire, which is easily sourced from standard 15A 120V AC home wiring. This method is extremely simple to implement. The other option features a built-in printed ramp that securely flips your ammunition. To print these plates effectively: - Use a layer height of 0.1 for an incredibly smooth surface and improved results with the 45-degree print angle on the ramped version. - Utilize a nozzle size of 0.4 for optimal performance. - Print four side perimeters to ensure maximum stability. - Complete the plate with three top/bottom perimeters for added durability. - Employ a 20% infill rate for exceptional structural integrity.
