OpenBuilds V-Slot™ Corner Connectors

Introducing a new system that simplifies building processes and increases flexibility in the V-Slot modular system. The innovative corner connectors enable rapid assembly of machine and project designs, stackable to connect all sizes of V-Slot. This versatile system can also be used as wheel blocks for V-Slot gantry carts. Proprietary connectors are no longer necessary for different size V-Slots, opening up limitless design possibilities. Prototypes are in progress with adjustable wheel tensions, and OpenBuilds Parts are available in various formats including STEP/IGES, SolidWorks, and SketchUp. The OpenBuilds Part Store offers 3 styles of corner connectors, with more to come. During development, these connectors were found to double as wheel blocks for gantry carts of various shapes and configurations. They can be used to create a range of applications like drawer slides, little gantry carriages, and larger ones. This eliminates the need for specialized plates in some applications and provides multiple mounting configurations.
