The original design is truly exceptional!!! However, the nut trap failed to work for me since I have M5 screws and it seems to be designed for M6 screws which didn't fit through as printed. I used the V2 versions of the files. I installed two 12mm long M2.5 screws for the clamp and M5x45mm screws for the tension, which were longer than necessary, but the longest I had were M5x20mm, which were too short. M5x25mm would probably have worked, but I didn't have them. I recommend buying M5x30mm if you need to purchase some. I attached the brackets to my OpenBuilds V-slot extrusions using M5 socket cap screws. Note that I had to tap the holes myself, but it's quite simple and quick with a good tap, a strong DeWalt drill and some aluminum cutting fluid (you could probably get away with any simple oil if you're careful). My belts are now nice and tight, producing a low note twang when plucked--perfect!
