This shim is used as part of my re-design for the K40 "Cheap Chinese" Blue and White 40W Laser Cutter's rail system based on Openbuilds. It's a remix of the Mini V Gantry itself, to ensure a uniform fit. The shim is necessary to maintain accurate and consistent height of the various mirror stages. It allows the resulting height to be a multiple of 20mm, which is the standard v rail dimension.
