This carriage is awesome when I used it with my bowden style extruder, so when I switched to an E3Dv6 direct drive model I redesigned it to work seamlessly with my new setup. Paired perfectly with this: (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1383913) It functions amazingly well in a direct drive setup. It works flawlessly with any style of Nema-17, I've added square cutouts to zip-tie the extruder securely to the carriage. I also shrunk the original on the Y-axis by roughly .5mm, the original wobbled slightly on the 2020 extrusion because the wheels were spaced out too far.
