PLA works fine, ABS should be a bit worse. The ideal material would probably be be Delrin.</p> <p>After printing, insert the leadscrew and try screwing it back and forth a few times. It should loosen the fit significantly. Adding some grease into the hole helps too.</p> <p>The adjust screw hole needs to be tapped with an M5 thread.</p>
