OpenBuilds ACRO Remix - Laser System Plates - WIP
thingiverse
Building my own ACRO system from scratch has been an exciting journey so far, with some key changes to the plate design that have significantly impacted performance. To optimize belt wrap around the drive pulley, I've moved the lower wheels closer together. Additionally, tension adjustment is now handled by eccentric spacers rather than traditional open slotted holes. Other notable updates include revised stepper mounting points, new x-azis tool mounting patterns, and sturdy legs for added stability. A crucial y-axis rail support has also been added to accommodate larger systems (1000mm+). This project is a continuous work in progress, with potential modifications waiting to be made to suit individual applications. Thanks for stopping by - happy building!
