OpenBrushless Project
thingiverse
Hi, this is the final experiment on brushless motor. This Thing is a Work-In-Progress. UPDATE 17/03 I add new design with increased distance poles; it works better than the previous version. I also added a printable base with M5 holes to test before making the metal version. The new file has a tag -d8- in its name. Here's a video of the build: https://youtu.be/um_0GQHIxbo And here's a video of the first test: https://youtu.be/Nark3_Q-63g UPDATE 25/03/2017 I made a video on how to make the coils: https://youtu.be/ZUdPvuhP1D4 UPDATE 07/09/2018 The last test with square magnets ran at 15krpm; here's a video of it: https://youtu.be/T5cGozx4T94 You can find more details about this project on my website: http://www.sgabolab.com/2017/03/open-brushless-project.html I think that with this design, I'm ready to open an OpenBrushless Project.
