Preferably, insert bearings into the V-Wheels while they're still warm from printing. 2. Attach the 15mm OpenRail and mounting plate to your Openbeam sections as per the provided links. 3. If needed, use a 3mm drill bit for M3 holes and 4mm drill bit for M4 holes to ensure they're not too tight. Assembly: 1. For each bottom hole on the plate, insert an M3x6 screw with a washer on both sides. Secure lightly with an M3 nut. 2. For each upright hole on the plate, insert an M3x8 screw with a washer on both sides and secure lightly with an M3 nut. 3. For each outer hole, insert an M4 screw with one washer before insertion and six washers after. Slide the V-wheel/bearing onto the screw and add another washer. Finally, tighten the M4 lock-nut. 4. Gently slide your Openbeam lengths parallel to the plate while adjusting the M3 nuts for alignment. Tighten all M3 cylinder screws moderately. 5. Slide the assembly onto the printed OpenRail and you're ready to go!
