I clip these on to secure LED strip lights atop my Kossel Mini's top three struts, leaving about 1.5mm for strips with hard PCB bases to fit comfortably. For optimal results, it's a good idea to create multiple clips to allow each layer sufficient time to cool down and keep your printer active while waiting. You will need some force to attach these to the extrusions, but they stay firmly in place without slipping off.
