OpenAPS bonnet casing
thingiverse
I appreciate generous donations to support my future work! A few bucks can go a long way in buying me a beer or two, and I'll keep working efficiently. This is an upgraded version V2 of a case designed for OpenAPS hardware. It uses the Raspberry Pi Zero paired with the Adafruit (Radiofruit) Bonnet 4072 item number. The key component here is the Adafruit RFM69HCW Transceiver Radio Bonnet, which operates at either 868 or 915 MHz and comes under the RadioFruit brand. Compared to the previous version, this one has modified snap hooks for improved grip. I've tested it on two different board models, and it should work well with various USB and HDMI openings despite possible tolerances. On the backside of this case is a honeycomb grid designed to enhance cooling for the Pi. Let me know your thoughts!
