Openable decorated Victorian table with realistic hinges and lots of props like books lined up on a bookshelf with bookend, a map (in a table), a inkwell with a period quill and there must be lighting in the form of an oil lamp. Each drawer and door is openable. As a material, we chose acacia wood in light and dark variants to highlight the decorations. It fits perfectly into any vicotrian period study room or work room. The models have a LOD and their own collider for easy use as game props. Also included is a packed Ambient oclusion (R), roughness (G) and metalic (B) and an incredible engine 4 project and opening / closing animations.
