Human: Double-check that all components are in order before disassembling the gantry, rods, and pulleys! Assembly: Reassemble the rods, belts, and pulleys according to standard procedure, excluding blocks, with brass journal bearings in place. Leave sync pulleys loose but drive motors tightly secured. Place blocks on rods and insert key wedges without tightening. Guide one block at a time over journal bearings, securing lightly. Position square nuts within captive locations and screw bolts through them several threads. Insert bananas into place, then capture belts under hinge screws passing through roller tubes. Mount gantry and secure rods to blocks using brackets, tightening gently. Adjust belts using adjusting bolts until slack is removed and a tone is heard. Balance all belts for identical tones, but avoid over-tightening! Square the gantry and tighten pulleys securely. Consider applying thread locking compound like Loctite Blue; be aware that loosening later will require heat or acetone to dissolve lock. Level the platform and begin printing with a successful start.
