I've been searching everywhere for a reliable 'open wheel' spinner but couldn't find one that met my expectations, so I decided to create my own design. The spinner is easy to print and requires four 608 bearings, which are included in the Sketchup design file. If you end up printing this design, please share a picture of it. Update 161216: I've also uploaded a three bearing version on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1974338. Update 170202: To improve the fit with larger nozzles, the center bearing hole is now slightly bigger and allows for better clearance around the outer bearings. The halves of the spinner now join along the center line of the bearing, providing a smoother operation. I've also uploaded updated version files in Fidget03.stl/.skp. Printer Settings: Printer: Geeetech I3 Pro B Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% (it doesn't really matter) Assembly Instructions: Slide the outer bearings onto the spinner. To achieve low friction, make sure to degrease them before assembly. Press the two plastic parts together firmly. It should fit snugly - moderate force is required. Insert the center bearing carefully. Since it's thinner than the complete part, I recommend using an extra bearing as offset when pushing it in. The parts can be easily disassembled. You may choose to glue them together for a more secure build.
