Expanding on GarageBay9's outstanding 3D terrain for tabletop wargaming, this booster pack includes a new version of his module ring, along with a significant expansion from there. Having added slots for modular parts to attach, numerous terrain types can be mixed and adapted as games progress? Smoke on the water? No problem. Woods on fire? Easy peasy. Rooftop combat on full 3D buildings?! Done. Included in this booster for Catalyst Games Lab's Battletech are the following terrain types: 4 trees: Light and heavy woods and jungle 4 water elevations. Smoke and fire. Rough/Rubble. Additionally, a second set of files, targeted specifically at modular structure construction (see example pictures for assembly ideas), including: A structural base that slots into the new module ring, providing a sturdy base for buildings. 2 different wall lengths to go between hexes at any angle (side to side or point to point) in 3 elevations (1/2/5 units high, compliant with OWH's existing elevations) Joiners for wall sections to allow seamless stacking in both sizes. Corner joints that can accept walls at all 12 possible angles (at once even!) and stack perfectly, and also lock into structure bases and the... Roof sections which boast OWH compliant surfaces atop them to continue the battle at height. Roof sections are designed to lock together with each other as well as with other structure components such as walls and corners, allowing strong buildings that will support your minis and any additional terrain as desired. This project was completed in Solidworks and Catia 2016. CAD files for modification are available upon request. Issues should be reported for adjustments and improvements.
