I needed a tabletop spool holder that would suspend the spool in place, rather than have it slide around on the edges. I wanted to be able to switch spools without having to unbolt anything. The design features two rollers and support shafts: one shorter and one longer. The shorter one is approximately 70mm between its raised lips, while the longer one measures about 100mm. I printed everything exactly as shown in the Slic3r pictures, with no supports. The bearings used are 40mm x 17mm x 12mm in size, and I purchased a pair from Amazon for $6.25 as an add-on item. Although this design works well, I've since switched to another spool holder that's not my own creation. It's a tabletop roller that holds spools and rolls them smoothly, available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2221639. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer Model: Prusa Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: 20% & 50% Notes: I used 20% infill on all parts except the upright, where I used 50% for added stiffness. I also applied a 2mm brim. Post-Printing: The only post-processing steps required were brim removal and bearing installation. Design Creation: I designed this spool holder using Fusion 360.
