I decided to give the new Modifier feature in PrusaSlicer a try, allowing me to create a section of a print with varying layer heights that would show only infill without top or bottom layers. The result looked eerily similar to Josef Prusa's tattoo on his right arm. To better understand how this works, I watched a YouTube video explaining the process, starting at 3:48 into the tutorial.
