Open Source Hardware Logo
thingiverse
For my first 3D project, I created an 8x8cm OpenSoftwareHardware logo using OpenSCAD and Inkscape. The internal legend was a bit thin, so I added extra material to fix it. I printed this with an Ultimaker printer at 0.2mm layer height, 0.8mm wall thickness, and 30% fill density. You can find additional OpenSCAD and Inkscape files for assistance, along with tutorials on tweaking Inkscape vectorial files and exporting them to OpenSCAD here: http://rasterweb.net/raster/2013/01/06/the-making-of-make/ (http://repraprip.blogspot.pt/2011/05/inkscape-to-openscad-dxf-tutorial.html), and http://www.makerbot.com/blog/2011/05/23/openscad-intermediates-extruding-2d-objects/.
With this file you will be able to print Open Source Hardware Logo with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Open Source Hardware Logo.
