This revised version features a narrower width due to the integrated CB with antenna on top, along with a higher profile for easier wiring access. A new mounting system includes tamper-proof M6 screws for the main cover plate and custom adapter brackets for attaching the bottom half of the case to the substrate. The cover plate has an indentation for the antenna and raised braille on the keyboard. Additionally, the weather guard's appearance has been adapted from the original concept.
