Low-profile tire mold for casting light and durable OpenRC Truggy Tires by self. The tire weighs less than 130g, designed specifically for original rims. Print settings: PLA material, 4x layer thickness of 0.2mm, 40% infill density. Assembly requires the following materials: 12 M3 x 70 hex head screws 12 M3 nuts For casting, use AXSON UR 3450 - BLACK POLYURETHANE CASTING ELASTOMER, hardness 80 A SHORE, cold curing. Refer to http://www.axson-technologies.com/sites/default/files/ur3450-gb_1.pdf for specifications. Pre-treat the mold with paraffin separator before pouring polyurethane. Personal preference is to use a mold without top cover; simply cut the top edge with a sharp knife after 24 hours. Use vacuum to remove bubbles from mixed polyurethane. Upgrade: Four additional pieces outside the mold facilitate easy unmolding.
